This document defines the terms of using the WLoad.ru website. It is published in open access to regulate the relationship between the site administration and the users of the service.

Subject of the Terms

WLoad.ru provides users with a technical way to process a pasted link and get a downloadable file from a public source. The service does not sell content, does not transfer rights to works and does not guarantee the availability of a particular file on the source platform.

Acceptance of the Terms

Using the site interface, clicking the buttons for fetching and downloading files, and actually using the results means that the user agrees to these terms of service.

User obligations and restrictions

Users must verify the legality of access to a link, the rights-holder's permission and the permissibility of further use of the file. It is forbidden to use the service to bypass legal restrictions, infringe copyright, distribute prohibited materials or take any action that contradicts the law and the rules of the applicable platform.

Limitation of the service's liability

The site administration is not the owner of most materials referenced by users, does not build a content library and is not responsible for the content of files, users' actions after downloading, or losses caused by platform unavailability, blocks, file removal or technical failures of third-party services.

Rights-holder notices

If a rights holder believes that the use of the service infringes their rights, they can send a notice through the contact listed on the site. The administration will review the message and, if necessary, restrict the relevant usage scenario or update the service rules.

Final provisions

The administration may change the functionality, interface and text of these terms without prior notice. The current version of the document is published on this page and takes effect upon publication.
